When making your choices during registration you are encouraged to tell us with as much advanced notice how you would like to spend your time. You are welcome to change while at the retreat but we cannot guarantee that the activity will be available.

How many people go to the retreat?

Depending on where the retreat is being held it can be anywhere from 10 to 35 people.

How far removed from shopping and restaurants is the retreat?

Depending on the retreat center it can be walking distance or up to 3 miles.

What kinds of clothes should I bring?

Depending upon the time of year the daytime is warm while night time is cool. Bring sturdy and comfortable clothing. If there are any extreme weather conditions we will warn you ahead of time. Otherwise the retreats are surrounded by a wonder of natural beauty.

What about accommodations?

Once you have registered for your retreat you will contact the retreat center and book a place to stay. If you prefer, our website provides a list of fine local hotels.

Do these retreats subscribe to any particular religion or spiritual practice?

These retreats have no affiliation to any one religion or spiritual organizations.

Do you have handicap facilities?

Yes, the retreats are well equipped to handle most special care needs.
